• Design proof & approval: We'll email you a proof within 48 hours — please check your email including your spam folder. Your design may be adjusted slightly in the proof to ensure best print quality. We'll wait for your approval before starting production. If we don't hear back within 7 days, we'll produce your item as close to the preview design as possible.
